- Development of individualized flexibility, strength, balance and agility exercise programs to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
- Training will focus on ideal exercise form and utilize the most efficient and up-to-date exercise strategies for all fitness levels.

- "Hands-on" treatments include massage, muscle release, joint stretching and mobilization.
- These services are available upon request for conditions that are limiting client's progression toward their fitness or functional goals.
- Clients, however, will be referred to clinic-based physical therapy services for any acute condition or any condition that requires advanced PT services that can only be delivered in a clinic.

- In-person sessions in the Pittsboro, North Carolina area will be provided in client homes or their place of exercise as able.
- Virtual programming online is also available.
